Return & Exchanges Policy
Return and Exchange policy for orders. w.e.f - 28th June 2025
Return Policy:
1. Timeframe: Exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of receiving the order. To return email us at contact@ohthefeels.com. Products bought are non-refundable but can be exchanged.
2. We do not take returns, products can only be exchanged against other products. If you wish to wait for another collection, we provide you with a coupon code you can avail.
3. Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
4. Usage: Items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
5. Exceptions:

6. Purchase Location:

Item purchased at our retail store can be returned for store credit only.

Items purchased online can only be exchanged online, if applicable.
8. Self-shipping
In-case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product.
9. Non-returnable Items:

Gift wrap cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable
Refund Policy:
1. Process: We do not accept refunds. Products can be exchanged against other products on the store.
2. Timeframe: Any exchange request will be processed within 3 working days.
4. Damaged or Defective Products: Refunds for damaged or defective products will only be issued after verification by the OhTheFeels team. Concerns must be raised within 3 hours of receiving the order. In exceptional cases, a credit note, or replacement will be issued.

• Currently, we do not offer a return or exchange policy for international customers. For any queries, please contact us at contact@ohthefeels.com
• If you need to cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped to receive a full refund. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be provided.
• If a defective product is received, contact us immediately (within 3 hrs) at contact@ohthefeels.com with your Order ID and a snapshot of the defect. We will provide either a credit notes or exchange for the defective product after investigation.
